London Town Meandering
Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 1:00PM I'm doing my best with this foreign keyboard. I've been awake since after two a.m. Light started to seep into the fabric of night not long after 3. I walked around some, looked from across the street to the locked gates of Hyde Park then walked back to the hotel and got some proper english tea from the man at the front desk who talked to me about his home in Poland. Now the time is creeping on 5 a.m., and I'm meandering.
Can someone plase tell this ignorant American the story of the absolutely enormous gold statue of Albert across the street from Royal Albert Hall? I need toothpicks and glue to fix and replace the endpins on the Telecaster, and change strings on all three guitars. Think some stumming too.
Tomorrow night begins the Dead Rock West tour in Zurich, Switzerland! Oh! and also, I am a one man U.K. distribution center for the brand new Stewboss record Pilgrims and Runaways, so come out to a DRW show in the U.K. and buy the new Stewboss record AND the new Dead Rock West record BRIGHT MORNING STARS!
