The Sweet Relief Organization has launched the Cindy Wasserman Fund to help our own Cindy as she goes through Breast Cancer treatment and our friend Exene Cervenka of X wrote this very sweet letter in support of the fund.

There’s a mention about Cindy's involvement in the new Allison Anders film, 'Ring of Fire' about the life of June Carter Cash in a review of the premier. The movie stars Jewel and John Doe as her father A.P. Carter and was premiered at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. Cindy sings the voices of both June's mother and aunt Sarah in the movie. In fact, the first voice you hear is hers in the opening song of the film.
